Having worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years, flexibly for the last 13 years, I have faced many challenges centred around work life balance and inclusion. As a consequence I have become a passionate advocate of inclusion and agility in the workplace.
It is my strong belief that employees should not feel the need to leave the corporate world to find a better balance, but rather work from within to promote a healthier working culture which recognises everyone as individuals.
